Additionally contained in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend identifying different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
